My service does not stop here—being a missionary is a lifelong calling.
Miracles this last week-
M: Me... My personal relationship with Jesus Christ has grown so much.
I: Investigators... I was able to witness Larrissa Smith (12) enter the waters of baptism and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost this weekend.
R: Revelation... when life gets too hard to stand, kneel. Pray to our Father in Heaven, He will answer you because He is never far. His Son and our Redeemer, Jesus Christ, is our love—our strength and our hope (2 Nephi 22:2). And it is not how long you serve, but how you serve (D&C 4).
A: Area... Platte City, MO! My home away from home. I have met so many individuals that have touched my heart and have influenced me forever through their testimonies & love. Thank you!
C: Companion... Sister Bradshaw! My trainer, my friend, and my sunshine. I love her so much! I am so happy that Heavenly Father allowed our paths to cross.
L: Recent Converts... Visiting the temple with those that have recently been baptized is such a blessing--families are forever.
E: Everything Else... I love missionary work. And the best part of it all is that we all can take part in hastening this great work! You do not need a nametag to be a missionary. Every member a missionary--we can share this great gospel by simply being an example of Jesus Christ through love and service.
My heart is full of gratitude, love, and understanding. I love you all so much!!
Thank you for all of your support and prayers over these past few months, they have meant a lot to me.
I know that we are all sons and daughters of a loving Heavenly Father. He loves us so much that he has set forth a plan for our happiness which is centered on a loving Savior and brother, Jesus Christ. And I know that as we turn to Him and endure well, we will receive a great reward at the last day in the mansions of our Father.
Much love, always and forever, Sister Mandi Jo Timothy
